摘要
给感染约氏疟原虫的小鼠,灌服硝喹(2mg/kg)后,用细胞色素氧化酶组织化学方法处理红细胞,透射电镜观察疟原虫。结果发现,约氏疟原虫红内期线粒体内存在细胞色素氧化酶,硝喹不能抑制该酶的活性。说明约氏疟原虫内细胞色素氧化酶不是硝喹的起始作用点。
Mice infected with Plasmodium yoelii yoelii were treated with nitroquine(NQ) 2mg/kg per os.After 35h,7h,14h,blood was taken and incubated by cytochrome oxidase histochemical method.Mitochondria of Plasmodium yoelii yoelii were observed with transmitt electron microscope. It was found that there is cytochrome oxidase in erythrocytic stage of Plasmodium yoelii yoelii, and its activity was not inhibited by NQ.These results showed that there is TCA cycle in erythrocytic Plasmodium yoelii yoelii and cytochrome oxidase was not the beginning point of action by NQ.
