摘要
应用常规超薄切片透射电镜法,观察用高碘饲料喂养不同时间的昆明种雄性小鼠的甲状腺样品,发现随着给碘日数的增加甲状腺的超微结构改变愈明显,表现为滤泡腔扩大,滤泡上皮呈扁平形,细胞游离面微绒毛少,线粒体肿胀,RER扩张;基膜厚薄不均,间质及其中毛细血管减少。根据观察所见结合文献资料提出高碘致甲状腺肿的可能机制。
ABSTRCT Thyroid gland specimens of Kunming male mice fed with iodine foodwere observed by transmission electron microscope. It was found thatultrastructural alterations of thyroid gland were more obvious followingprolonged administration of iodine. Most folliculi were much dilated withaccumulation of excessive dense colloid and their epithelial cells wereflattened. Their microvilli were less and short. The mitochondria were swollen.The lumen of the granular endoplasmic reticulum was prominently expanded with partial degranulation. The basement membrane was different in thickness.I addition, the interfollicular tissue and its capillaries were showed to be less. It is suggested that the swelling of thyroid gland was probably due to accumulation of colloid in follicles and reduction of parenchyma.
