摘要 Caveolae是直径为50-100nm的细胞表面特异性内陷结构,caveolin-1是caveolae的主要成分。Caveolin-1具有脚手架结构,在体外和原位能结合和抑制几种信使蛋白,与多种消化道肿瘤相关。Wnt/β-catenin途径涉及到多个部位的肿瘤发生。Caveolin-1能通过Wnt信号途径抑制肿瘤发生。 Caveolae are 50-100nm vesicular invaginations of plasma membrane and caveolin-1 is a principal component of caveolae membranes. Caveolin-1 contains a so-called scaffolding domain that binds to and inhibits the activity of several signaling proteins in vitro and in situ. Caveolin-1 is related to several digestive tract tumors. The Wnt signaling pathway has been implicated in tumorigenesis at several sites. Caveolin-1 can inhibit tumorigenesis through Wnt signaling pathway.
