摘要
我们研究了巨噬细胞在防御小鼠二阶段皮肿肿瘤发生中的作用。硅阻断巨噬细胞导致皮肤肿瘤发生的增加；同种异体巨噬细胞的局部引入则使皮肤肿瘤的发生减少。这些结果提示巨噬细胞在抑制肿瘤发生的过程中起着重要作用。
