摘要
由小檗色素的提取结果表明,小檗色素的乙醇溶液呈鲜艳的紫红色,具有强的光、热和酸稳定性。小檗色素属花色甙类,其主要成分是花青素鼠李糖苷和樱草灵色素,此色素可用80％檗乙醇提取,色素提取液中含有一定量的小檗碱。
The experimental results indicated that the pigment of berberis in 80% alcohol appeared bright purplish red and was highly stable to light, heat arid acid, the pigment was belonged to a kind of anthocyanin and its main components were anthocyanicidin, rhamnoside and hirsutidin and the pigment could be extracted with 80% alcohol and the extracted solution contained a certain amount of berberine.
