硝酸钐染毒对雄性小鼠性行为的影响 被引量:2

Effect of subchronic samarium exposure on sexual behavior of mice

摘要 目的探讨不同剂量硝酸钐给药后对雄性小鼠性行为的影响。方法ICR品系雄性小鼠随机分设5组,自由饮用含硝酸钐0,5,50,500,2 000 mg/L的溶液90 d,运用动物行为学方法观察小鼠各性行为指标的变化。结果硝酸钐染毒后,雄性小鼠爬跨潜伏期随着染毒剂量的增加而延长,呈现直线变化的剂量对数-效应关系,y=134.590 4+34.9810lgx(r=0.952 1,P<0.05)。其中高剂量(2 000 mg/L)组小鼠爬跨潜伏期、射精潜伏期和射精间隔期与对照组相比明显延长(P<0.01;P<0.05;P<0.01),而爬跨次数与射精次数明显减少(P<0.01;P<0.05)。结论硝酸钐染毒会对雄性小鼠性行为产生影响。在本实验染毒剂量与研究条件下,亚慢性硝酸钐染毒90 d的生殖毒性阈剂量是50 mg/L。 Objective To study the effect of different exposure times of samarium nitrate on male mice sexual behavior.Methods The ICR stain male mice were randomly divided into 5 groups with free drinking solution containing samarium nitrate 0,5,50,500,(2 000) mg/L for 90 d.By using animal behavior methods to see the changes of sex behavior.Results The results showed that mounting latency of mice prolonged with the dose increased after subchronic intake of samarium nitrate,and presented a dose-response relationship between the dose logarithm of samarium nitrate and mounting latency,y=(134.590 4)+(34.981 0)lgx (r=(0.952 1),P〈0.05). Compared with control group,mounting latency,ejaculation latency and ejaculation interval of high dose((2 000 mg/L)) group were significantly prolonged(P〈0.01;P〈0.05;P〈0.01),times of mounting and ejaculation were decreased(P〈0.01;P〈0.05).Conclusion Samarium nitrate intake could change sexual behavior of male mice. Under the dose and conditions given in this experiment,the threshold level of male reproductive toxicity of subchronic samarium nitrate exposure for 90 days was 50 mg/L.
