真空蒸发镀制氟化镁增透膜的实验研究 被引量:3

STUDY ON MgF_2 ANTIREFLECTION COATING PREPARED BY VACUUM EVAPORATE DEPOSITION

摘要 实验表明镀上MgF2增透膜后,钛酸锶和硅的拉曼特征峰都有几倍的增强,多层膜的激光感生电压增大1倍左右;MgF2薄膜为非晶态。 Experiments show that after Evaporating deposition the MgF2 AR coating, the Raman characteristic peaks of SrTiO3 and Silicon Crystal have enhanced several times, the laser induced voltage of A Serial and B Serial multi-layers all increased about 100 percent; the MgF2 thin film are amorphous.
