摘要
目的探讨老年男性慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清睾酮(T)和雌二醇(E2)水平改变的临床意义。方法采用化学发光法(CLIA)测定63例老年男性CHF患者血清T、E2水平,同时设23例同龄健康人为对照组。结果①CHF组血清T水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);心功能Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级组间比较T水平依次递减(P<0.05);②血清T水平与心功能分级呈负相关(r=-0.543,P<0.05),与左心室射血分数(LVEF)呈显著正相关(r=0.399,P<0.05),但与血清E2水平无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论老年男性CHF患者血清T水平测定对其CHF严重程度和预后判断具有重要的临床意义,而血清E2与男性CHF心功能无相关性。
Objective To explore the changes of the serum testosterone （T）and estradio （E2）levels in aged males with chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods The serum T and E2 levels were determined by CLIA in 63 aged males with CHF and 23 age-matched healthy individuals. Results （1）Mean serum T （310.56±124.12） levels in patients with CHF were significantly lower than that in control group （423.00± 106.59） （t=3.853,P〈0.05）, but the E2 value was no difference. The difference in the mean serum T was significant in different stage（stage Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ） CHF patients （P〈0.05）; （2）The levels of serum T levels were negatively correlated with the classification of NYHA（r=-0.468,P〈0.05）,the levels of serum T levels were positively correlated with LVEF （r=0.399, P〈0.05）. Conclusion h may be aided to estimated the prognosis and to study the pathological mechanism by determinetion of the levels of the serumT in CHF patients;the levels of the serumT in CHF patients can be used as an index to judge the degree of CHF.
