摘要
目的观察心肌梗死后心衰大鼠睾酮水平的变化。方法选用健康3月龄雄性SD大鼠120只随机选取15只作为假术组,另105只为模型组,行冠脉结扎术制造心衰模型。造模6周后从模型组随机挑选23只与假术组继续观察。术后6、18周分别行超声检查评价心功能并抽血检查睾酮浓度。结果①心肌梗死后6周行超声检查模型组射血分数(EF)较假术组明显减低。②心肌梗死后6、18周(心肌梗死后6周即视为心力衰竭),模型组雄鼠血清睾酮水平明显低于假手术组。③术后18周心衰雄鼠血T水平与EF呈正相关。结论心肌梗死后心力衰竭雄鼠心力衰竭时睾酮明显降低,且与左室射血功能(EF)正相关。
Objective To observe the changing of testosterone in vivo in male rats with heart failure after myocardial infarction. Methods 120 healthy SD male rats of 3 months old were assigned randomly into model group ( n = 105 ) and sham - operated group ( n = 15 ). Ligation of coronary artery was performed in the model group. 6 weeks later after the operation 23 rats were randomly selected from the model group for observation until the 18th week. The serum level of the testosterone was determined before the establishment of model and 6,18 weeks later after the proceeding respectively , and echocardiography was undertaken at the same time. Results① 6 weeks after establishment of the model EF of left ventricular in the model group were obviously lower compared with the sham - operated group. ②The serum level of testosterone in the model group were significantly lower than those in the sham - operated group 6 and 18 weeks after myocardial infarction. ③The serum level of testosterone of the rats with heart failure were positively correlative with EF of left ventricular 18 weeks after the establishment of model. Conclusion The serum level of testosterone of rats with heart failure were obviously lower than the controls and testosterone were positively correlative with EF of left ventricular.
