摘要
研究了以环己烷为分散介质,十八烷基磷酸单酯为分散剂,过硫酸盐为引发剂,N、N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用反相悬浮聚合法合成丙烯酸钠—丙烯酰胺—甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯三元共聚物高吸水性树脂.聚合体系稳定,聚合物呈颗粒状,过滤干燥即得产物,无需减压蒸馏脱除分散介质.并探讨了共聚树脂的吸水性能与某些因素的关系.制得的树脂每克吸去离子水达2000g以上,吸0.9%NaCl溶液100g以上.
The high water absorbing resins can be prepared by inverse suspension copolymeriztion of sodium acrylate, acryamide and 2 hydroxyethyl methacrylate, using N,N methylene bis acrylamide as crosslinking agent, monooctadecyl phosphate as dispersing agent and cyclohexane as continous phase.The polymeriztion system is stable. The copolymer can be obtained in the form of particles by filtering and drying without evaporating the dispersing medium cyclohexane. The influence of polymerization conditions on the physical state of the copolymer, deionized water absorbency and saline solution absorbency is discussed in this paper. The product obtained shows an increased salt resistance. The absorption amount of the resin is more than 2 000 g/g and 100 g/g in case of deionizing water and 0.9% NaCl solution respectively.
