摘要
以十八烷基磷酸单酯作分散剂,采用反相悬浮聚合法制备了丙烯酸钠-丙烯酰胺-甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯高吸水性共聚物。研究了单体组成、交联剂用量、丙烯酸中和度以及水中所含电解质浓度对共聚物吸水率的影响。制得的树脂吸去离子水可达2 000 g/g以上,吸0.9%NaCl溶液达100 g/g以上。
The high water - absorbing resin, i.e., poly (sodium acrylatea - crylamide - 2 - hydroxyethyl methacrylate), was prepared by inverse suspension copolymerization under the condition of using potassium persulfate as initiator, cyclohexane as the continuous phase, N, N - methylene - bisacrylamide as the crosslinking agent and mono - oc-tadecyl phosphate as the dispersant. The effects of the amount of the crosslinking agent, monomer composition and neutralization value of the acrylic acid as well as the concentration of electrolyte in the water on the water -absorption capacity of the copolyrner were studied. The absorption amount of the resin for deionizing water reached 2 000 g/g or more and for NaCl solution in concentration of 0.9% reached 100 g/g or more.
