摘要
血脑屏障(BBB)是维持中枢神经系统内环境稳定的结构基础,现代医学对BBB主要的研究方法有:BBB超微结构的观察,色素伊文思蓝、金属镧或者放射性核素等示踪剂,CT、MRI等影像学观察,体外模型,特定指标等。简介现代医学BBB主要的研究方法在中医药学中的应用,并作述评。借鉴现代医学血脑屏障的研究手段,为从多方面研究中医药对血脑屏障的影响提供方法学,有助于中医理论研究、中药归经研究、阐明中医药及针灸的作用机制等。
The blood - brain barrier （BBB） is the specialized system, which ensures proper function of the central nervous system. Many methods, such as microscopy and tracer （Evans blue, lanthanum, radionuclide, et al） , imageology （CT, MRI） , in vitro model, several biochemical indicatrix are applied to investigate the morphous and function of blood - brain barrier in western medicine. To introduce the main methods that are used to measure the role of the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） in BBB, The role of TCM in BBB would be better discovered depending on the development of new methodologies of BBB, which will be helpful to illuminate scientifically the theory of TCM and mechanisms of TCM and acupuncture.
