摘要
该文从研究社会工作专业实践教学体系的现状出发,通过对实习基地督导教师、社会工作专业教师、社会工作专业学生的访谈,分析了社会工作专业现有实践教学体系的不足并提出了进一步完善的建议和对策。
This paper begins with the study of the present condition of the practical teaching system of social work. Based on the interview with supervisors in practical bases, social work teachers and students at the college, it analyzes the shortcomings of the current practical teaching system of social work and put forward the suggestions and countermeasures to further perfect the system.
