摘要
采用硫酸镍体系直接在微细铝粉基体上化学镀镍,最佳工艺条件为:250g/L硫酸镍,90g/L次亚磷酸钠,35g/L柠檬酸钠,9g/L柠檬酸,4g/L硫脲,镀液pH值为10.0~11.2,镀液温度80~90℃,微细铝粉粒径(13±2)μm。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和化学分析方法对镀层进行了表征。结果表明,镀层晶胞外观规则,晶粒大小均匀,结合紧密,厚度适中,没有明显缺陷和空隙,化学镀覆完整。
Electroless nickel plating of aluminum powders grit size (13±2) μm was carried out in a nickel sulfate bath. The optimized plating conditions were determined, while the resulting coating was characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and chemical analysis. The optimized composition of the plating bath was determined as 250 g/L nickel sulfate, 90 g/L sodium hypophosphite, 35 g/L sodium citrate, 9 g/L citric acid, 4 g/L thiourea; while the optimized pH value and temperature of the plating bath were suggested as 10.0~11.2 and 80~90 ℃, respectively. The resulting electroless Ni-P coating had moderate thickness and was well adhered to the Al powders, whose grains had regular shape and uniform size, showing no noticeable defects and voids.
