摘要
采用单克隆抗体（McAb）及流式细胞仪（FCM）测定了44例白血病的免疫表型。结果：有3种表型：系列专一性，系列非专一性，裸型。对其中3例进行了动态观察，发现在病程中免疫表型可以发生改变，且与病情及预后有关。
Bone marrows from 44 cases of leukemia were evaluated by FAB classification in combination with flow cytornetric immunophenotyping (FCM-IM ). The McAbs were routinely,used, i. e. CD2, CD7, CD19, CD20, CD13, CD14,CD11b, CD33, CD41, and HLA-DR. 3 rnain patterns of immunophenotypes displayed: ① lineage SDecificantigen expression, ②aberration antigen expression (Ly+AML or M +ALL), ③Null type. From dynamic observation of the immunophenotypes of 3cases, we find that there was certain relationship between immunophenotype and the prognosis ofleukemia.
