摘要 柑桔黄龙病是一种毁灭性病害,介绍了柑桔黄龙病的诊断发展过程,具体包括柑桔黄龙病的症状诊断法、指示植物诊断法、生化指标鉴定法、电镜观察法、血清学诊断法、DNA探针杂交法以及PCR扩增法等技术。
