摘要
进行捕食螨搭载白僵菌控制柑橘木虱的研究,结果表明:捕食螨对木虱卵、若虫有一定的捕食作用;白僵菌I2菌株对柑桔木虱卵、若虫、成虫均有很强的致病作用,第3 d后死亡率达100%,对低龄若虫致病率达100%。用捕食螨搭载白僵菌孢子粉对柑桔木虱卵和成虫3 d后的死亡率和致病率分别达98.4%和98.8%,对低龄若虫感染率达100%。
Explored and evaluated the effect of predatory mites equipped with Beauveria sp. on controlling Diaphorina ditri by the experiment. The results show: Predatory mites could prey on the Diaphorina ditri eggs and young nymphs; The strain 12 of Beauveria sp. had strong pathogenicity to the all stage of Diaphorina ditri, motality rate was 100% after 3 days inoculation, pathogenic rate of young nymphs reached 100%. The predatory mites equipped with Beauveria sp. spore powder could cause 98.4% morbidity rate of Diaphorina ditri eggs or 98.0% pathogenic rate of adults after 3 days inoculation, and could cause 100% infection of young nymphs. The predatory mites equipped with Beauveria sp. could control Diaphorina ditri effectively.
