摘要
进行捕食螨搭载白僵菌控制柑橘木虱的研究,结果表明:捕食螨对木虱卵、若虫有一定的捕食作用;白僵菌I2菌株对柑桔木虱卵、若虫、成虫均有很强的致病作用,第3 d后死亡率达100%,对低龄若虫致病率达100%。用捕食螨搭载白僵菌孢子粉对柑桔木虱卵和成虫3 d后的死亡率和致病率分别达98.4%和98.8%,对低龄若虫感染率达100%。
Explored and evaluated the effect of predatory mites equipped with Beauveria sp. on controlling Diaphorina ditri by the experiment. The results show： Predatory mites could prey on the Diaphorina ditri eggs and young nymphs; The strain 12 of Beauveria sp. had strong pathogenicity to the all stage of Diaphorina ditri, motality rate was 100% after 3 days inoculation, pathogenic rate of young nymphs reached 100%. The predatory mites equipped with Beauveria sp. spore powder could cause 98.4% morbidity rate of Diaphorina ditri eggs or 98.0% pathogenic rate of adults after 3 days inoculation, and could cause 100% infection of young nymphs. The predatory mites equipped with Beauveria sp. could control Diaphorina ditri effectively.
