摘要
针对当前建筑业中承包商低价中标后不能按合同要求完成工程的情况,结合博弈论思想,建立了招投标动态博弈模型,通过对模型的推导和分析,对业主采取怎样的策略来使承包商更好地完成合同提出建议。
Nowadays, some contractors can＇t perform the construction contract successfully after obtaining low price tender. In view of this situation, based on the game theory, the paper builds a dynamic game model of bidding. Through the derivation and analysis of this model, the paper puts forward some suggestions to owners that how to make contractors perform the contractor better.
