摘要
我国的高职教育随着高等教育的发展而逐步深化和加强,加强高职院校教学管理,对于提升高职教育的质量尤为重要。本文通过建立博弈模型,对高职院校校方管理层与教师之间的利益关系进行了分析,在此基础上提出了我国高职院校教学管理效率提升的对策。
China＇s higher vocational education is gradually deepening and enhancing with the development of higher education,and enhancing higher vocational teaching management is particularly important for the improvement of the quality of higher vocational education. Based on the game mode, this paper analyzes the interest relationship between school administrators and teachers,based on which the writer proposes the countermeasures to improve the efficiency of higher vocational teaching management.
