摘要
本工作应用培养的家兔主动脉血管平滑肌细胞,通过细胞计数和~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷参入的方法,观察到内皮素可以刺激血管平滑肌细胞的增殖;同时,内皮素的这种效应可以被Mg^(2+)和牛磺酸拮抗。
By means of cell counting and ~3H-thymidine incorporation we observed that endothlin dose-dependently stimulated the multiplication of rabbit's aortic smooth muscle cells. And this effect ofendothelin was significantly inhibited by Mg^(2+) and taurine. The results suggest that taurine and Mg^(2+)may be useful adjunctive drugs for the prevention and freatment of hypertension.
