摘要 介绍了通风机转子的平衡技术,结合PC-6106通风机转子的实际情况,提出了平衡方案,按照方案Ⅰ将支撑位改在临近的非轴承位进行不平衡校准,取得了良好的效果。该方案也可为类似风机转子的平衡所借鉴。 The dynamic balanee technology of the rotor of the ventilator was introduced by the actual situation of the rotor of the ventilator PC6106 in this article. And the solution of the dynamic balance was received from the article. Aceording to the project Ⅰ, the position of the boher of the rotor was put close to the position which wasn't the axletree on, and adjusted the rotor in this situation. The project Ⅰ can be used for reference in the adjusting of the other rotor of the ventilator like the PC6106.
