摘要
上海汽轮机有限公司引进型 30 0MW汽轮机低压转子多次出现需要现场动平衡现象 ,本文针对这一问题从高速动平衡工艺 ,动平衡方案 ,动平衡设备及安装 ,转子设计及制造误差等方面研究并寻找答案 ,发现并解决了其中存在的部分关键问题 ,并就上海汽轮机有限公司高速动平衡仍然存在的问题提出建议。
There offen occurs the problem of need of field balancing for the 300MW_unit LP rotor which is made according to the Westinghouse technology.It is tried to find the answer by investigating the process,the method,the equipment & installation,the design and the manufacturing tolerance.Some of the key factor are found that influence the quality of the shop high_speed balancing,and some effective suggestions about the high_speed balancing are carried out.
