摘要
林业机械用全自动平衡机由平衡机本体、测控系统、上位机三大部分构成。结合体系结构提出了平衡机的控制过程、控制技术及实现方法,给出了去重模型。在此基础上进行了样机研制及试验分析,结果表明,研制的全自动平衡机系统能够较好地对不平衡转子进行动平衡修正。
Composition and architecture of fully automatic balancer machine system for forestry were introduced.The automatic balancer machine is composed of balancer,control system and position machine.Combining the configuration,control process,technology and implement of the balancer machine was proposed,and a contour milling correction model was proposed.The prototype was developed and the experiment results as well as analysis showed that fully automatic balancer machine system could preferably realize dynamic balancing correction to the imbalance rotor.
