摘要
为了明确水稻抗瘟机制,以抗病品种普粘7和感病品种丽江新团黑谷为材料,对抗性相关保护酶系进行测定研究,结果表明,丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解胺酶(PAL)都是水稻抗稻瘟病的生化因子,可以作为鉴定水稻抗性的辅助指标,并各自与抗瘟性有不同的抗性相关性。
In order to know the mechanism of rice blast resistance, taking rice resistant varieties Punian 7 and susceptible varieties Lijiangxintuanheigu as material to study the protective enzyme which associate with resistant. The results showed that: malondiadehyde (MDA) .superoxide dismutase (SOD).peroxidase(POD).catalase(CAT),polyphenoase (PPO) and phenylalanine ammonia lynase(PAL) all were physio-biochemical parameters of rice blast, which could be identified as assistant indicators of that resistance and have different resistant relationship.
