摘要
研究了4个细胞突变体对稻瘟病菌ZA_(15)、ZB_(11)、ZC_(15)和ZG_1、的抗性遗传,结果表明,88-331和88-334对ZA_(15)、ZB_(11)的抗性受2对重复显性基因控制,且与城堡1号至少有1对等位基因存在;对ZC_(15)的抗性则由1对与城堡1号等位的显性基因控制;对ZG_1的抗性则分别受2对与城堡1号不等位的重复显性基因控制。88-45对ZA_(15)、ZB_(11)、ZC_(15)和ZG_1的抗性分别由2对、3对、2对和1对显性基因控制,且与城堡1号不等位。88-128对ZA_(15)、ZB_(11)和ZG_1的抗性分别受1对与城堡1号不等位的基因控制,而对ZC_(15)的抗性则受2对与城堡1号不等位的显性基因控制。研究还表明,4个抗病细胞突变体对ZA_(15)等4个生理小种的抗性基因与BL-4所拥有的抗性基因是非等位基因。
4 somaclonal mutant lines of rice, 88--331, 88--334, 88--45 and 88--128,resistant to race ZA_(15). ZB_(11), ZC_(15) and ZG_1 of blast were crossed with 2 susceptibleand 2 resistant materials separately to study the inheritance of their resistance to blast.Analysis of the resistance of the F_1 's and.the segregating ratios of the F_2's and B_1F_1'sravealed that the resistance of both 88--331 and 88--334 to races ZA_(15) and ZB_(11) wereconferred by 2 dominant resistance genes, of which at least one was allelic to one ofthose possessed by Toride 1. The result also indicated that their resistance to race ZC_(15)was determined by one dominant resistance gene allelic to one of those possessed byToride 1, and that to race ZG_1 by 2 dominant resistance genes, none of them allelic toeither of the resistance genes of Toride 1. 88--45 possessed 2, 3, 2 and 1 dominantresistance genes to races ZA_(15), ZB_(11), ZC_(15), and ZG_1 respectively, all of them non-allelic to either of the. Toride 1 resistance genes. 88--128 had one dominant generesistant to race ZA_(15), ZB_(11) or ZG_1, but 2 dominant genes resistant to race ZG_(15),none of them allelic to the Toride 1 resistance genes. The results also revealed that thnone of the resistance genes of the 4 mutant lineswas allelic to that possessed by BL--4.
