摘要 建立了防撞杆热冲压的力学模型和有限元分析模型,对整个热冲压成形过程进行有限元数值模拟,分析了压边力、摩擦系数等工艺参数对热冲压模拟的影响,得到了相关部件的应力、应变以及温度场分布规律。 It establishes the mechanics and finite element model of the side-door impact beam for hot stamping.In order to simulate the whole hot stamping process,it defines the influence of blank holder force and friction coefficient in simulation of hot stamping,obtains the regularity of stress,strain and temperature distribution of correlative parts.
