摘要
选用8个不育系(其中4个为转Bt基因纯合的不育系)和8个转Bt基因纯合的恢复系,按不完全双列杂交法,配制64个杂交F1组合,分析主要农艺性状的配合力和遗传力。结果表明:每穗实粒数是影响产量性状的主要因子,R8,A7,A5是一般配合力较高的理想亲本类型;A7/R8,A5/R8,A5/R2,A5/R7,A7/R6等5个组合的特殊配合力效应除个别性状外均为正值,说明可利用其杂种优势来选育;遗传力分析表明,千粒重、结实率、单株穗重、总粒数、穗长、株高6个性状主要受基因加性效应控制,实粒数、单株穗数两性状由基因加性效应、显性效应和上位性效应共同控制。
Combining ability and heritability of 8 agronomic characters were analyzed whh an 8×8 incomplete diallele cross design, including 8 CMS lines and 8 restorer lines of Bt gene. The results showed that grain numbers per panicle were a main factor affecting grain yield of hybrid rice. The general combining ability (GCA) of main agronomic characters of the lines RS, A7 and A5 were higher than others, they were optimum for hybrid parents. The values of the special combining ability (SCA) of most main agronomic characters was positive for combinations of AT/R8, AS/R8, AS/R2, AS/RT, AT/ R6, which suggesting their betemsis could be employed in hybrid rice breeding. The heritability analysis showed that 1000 - gain weight, total grain numbers per panicle, plant heights, panicle length, grain weights per plant were controlled by gene additive effect; whereas grain number per plant, panicles per plant were controlled by not only gent additive effect, but also controlled by dominant effect and epistatic effect.
