摘要
运用国内学者对农村基础教育和技能培训对农民人力资本提高和增收的实证分析结论,指出为更好地实现党的"十七"大关于将我国农村大量的人口资源转化为人力资源,政府通过加大农村基础教育和技能培训力度,发挥农村合作组织和产业化组织的新技术传播作用,能更好地提高农民人力资本。
Based on the research conclusion about the rural basic education and skill training to improve peasant human capital and profit,The paper indicated that in order to complete the CPA plan which made the huge population resource into human capital, government should pay more attention to the rural basic education and skill training,and play a role in new technique propagation of rural cooperation organization and industrialization organization, which will increase the peasant human capital effectively.
