摘要
应用实际调查结果,从企业内部控制制度、企业科技创新机制、资本积累、国有资产产权、企业员工素质等方面,深入分析了河北省农林科学院农业科技企业经营管理存在的问题;结合企业实际情况和国内产业发展要求,提出了改善农业科技企业经营管理水平、提升企业发展水平的具体对策建议。
The problems in the management of agricultural science and technology enterprises in Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences are anlayzed deeply including the enterprise internal control system,scientific and technical innovation mechanism,capital accumulation,state-owned assets property right and staff quality and so on.Comining with the enterprise actual condition and the development requirement of domestic industry,the countermeasures of improving the management level and the development level of agricultural science and technology enterprises are given.
