摘要
法学教育中实践教学的重要性不容忽视,而传统的实践教学模式由于缺乏真实的法律环境以及学生自我评价的缺失,其实际效果并不明显。诊所式法律教育能够比较好地解决真实法律环境以及学生自我评价的问题,是一种比较好的法律实践教学模式,当然这种教学模式的本土化,也是一项十分艰巨的任务。
It has been recognized that the practical teaching of law is very important in legal education. Yet the effect of those traditional methods used in practical teaching of law is still to be improved for the lack of real situations that can push the students to take them seriously. In this respect, clinical legal education is a better choice. Yet there is lots of work to be done in the way of localization of clinical legal education methods.
