摘要
本着《高等教育哲学》所彰显的人本精神,通过阐释大学的"根"之蕴涵,揭示大学"失根"的症候,进而在树立大学理念、创设工作环境和关注学生心灵结构三方面提出问题供大学人反思,希冀有助于大学精神的回归、大学人生命意义的彰显。
According to the spirit of human-oriented that reflects in line with ＂the philosophy of higher education＂, through explaining the containing of ＂roots＂ of the university, the article reveals the symptoms of ＂losing root＂ of university, and puts forward three questions of establishing the university idea, creating the working environment and concerning the student＇s soul structure for the university people to review the ＂losing root＂, this hopes to facilitate the return of the spirit of the university and reflect the life meanings of people of the university.
