摘要
采用银杏叶、菊花及绿茶为主要原料研制出复合茶饮料,研究了银杏叶、菊花及绿茶的浸提工艺,并通过正交试验确定了饮料的最佳配方为:12%银杏叶浸提液、34%菊花浸提液、34%绿茶浸提液、6%蔗糖、0.02%柠檬酸。
Ginkgo leaf, chrysanthemum and green tea were used as the main raw materials to develop a mixed beverage. The extraction technology for ginkgo leaf, chrysanthemum and green tea was studied, and by orthogonal experiments,the optimal formula of the beverage was determined as follows: 12% ginkgo leaf extract, 34% chrysanthemum extract, 34% green tea extract, 6% sugar and 0.02% citric acid.
