摘要
在介绍一种涡流检测方法即电流扰动法的基础上,采用有限元方法,利用ANSYS语言,通过建模、划分网格、设置边界条件、加载及求解等,对电流扰动检测系统的电磁场进行仿真研究。仿真和实验数据表明,ANSYS有限元分析法在分析电涡流检测系统中的电磁场起了重大作用。
Introduced a eddy- current testing method called ECP(electric current perturbation). Based on it's rationale, a simulation model is created by means of finite element method (FEM), utilizing the ANSYS language. At first, a physical model is set up, material characteristics are defined, then the border conditions are established. Finally, loading and solving are made. The results indicated that the ANSYS FEM method play an important role in ECP simulation analysis.
