摘要
针对某型航空发动机篦齿盘上产生的裂纹缺陷,采用涡流检测的方法对其进行无损检测。但是现有的各种涡流传感器,从结构和性能均无法满足篦齿盘原位检测的需要。因此,设计了一种新型专用涡流传感器,确定了该传感器的结构、尺寸和检测频率,并在篦齿盘标准试件上进行了试验。试验结果表明:设计的专用涡流传感器具有灵敏度高、可靠性和稳定性好等特点,满足了该型航空发动机篦齿盘现场原位检测的要求。
Eddy current testing was applied for nondestructive testing of the crack in an aeroengine laby- rinth. But the structure and performance of the existing various eddy current transducers can not satisfy the requirement of in-situ testing. A new type special eddy current transducer was designed in this paper. The structure, dimension and applied frequency of the transducer were achieved. Some experiment was done in the standard labyrinth specimen using the transducer. The experiment results show that the trans- ducer has the merits of high sensitivity, reliability and stability. So it could meet the needs in-situ testing for aeroengine labyrinth.
