摘要
中冷器在长期的运行过程中,由于压力、温度等变化,以及振动、冲刷、腐蚀等因素在管端处及管端与管板处产生裂纹。目前用内穿式涡流检测方法检测换热管,但因管端效应的原因,无法对换热管的端部进行有效检测。现设计一种进行管端检测的探头,能够对管端内表面进行有效的检测。
Due to the pressure change, temperature change, vibration, erosion, corrosion and other factors, there will be cracks between the tube and tube plate in the long running of cooler. When the inspection method for inside pass type eddy current test was carried out, it cannot effectively test to the end of cooler tube due to the relationship of the tube end effect. A probe is designed which can detect the inner surface of the tube end effectively.
