摘要
建立微波萃取-气相色谱法同时分离测定水果、蔬菜中7种有机磷农药残留量的方法。采用微波加速反应系统提取农药残留,不需要净化过程,FPD为检测器,样品提取效果好,干扰物少,检测快速。方法的检出限为0.004-0.01μg/mL,回收率为86、4%-107.5%,相对标准偏差为2.6%-7.0%(n=6)。
A method of separating and determining 7 organophosphorous pesticides residues in fruits and vegetables at the same time by gas chromatography was established. The pesticide residues were extracted by microwave preparation systems without purification step, and then determined by FPD. This method has good performance of extraction, less interference and rapid determining. The detection limits were 0. 004 -0.01 txg/mL, the recoveries of pesticides were 86.4% - 107.5%, the relative standard deviations were 2.6% -7.0% (n =6).
