超声波萃取-气相色谱法测定塑料袋袋装食品中邻苯二甲酸酯 被引量:27

Determination of Phthalate Esters in Foods of Plastics Bags by Ultrasonic Solvent Extraction and Gas Chromatography

摘要 采用超声波萃取-气相色谱法测定经塑料食品袋盛装后食品中邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)含量。取烧饼、麻花和馒头样品用同种塑料食品袋与纸袋分别盛装30 min,进行检测。PAEs添加回收率在84.1%~107.8%之间,标准偏差在1.6%~6.7%之间。测定结果表明,经塑料袋盛装后食品PAEs含量均有不同程度提高:PAEs对温度高食品污染程度大;且PAEs对油脂含量高的食品污染程度比油脂含量低的污染程度大;PAEs对食品表面污染程度大于内部。 The kinds and content of phthalates (PAEs) in food which was packed by plastic bags were studied by ultrasonic solvent extraction and gas chromatography. Cake, twist bread and steamed bread were packed by the same kind of plastic bags or paper bags before tested. The recoveries were from 84.1% to 107.8%, RSD was from 1.6% to 6.7%. The results showed that the content of PAEs in samples packed by plastic bags all increased. The higher the temperature was and the more lipid the food contained, the worst the food was polluted. The surface was polluted worse than the interior.
