摘要
以高校图书馆期刊资源工作为例,比较了传统逻辑和价值创新逻辑的不同,阐述了价值创新理论对图书馆新的资源工作、新的信息组织、开发、传递和服务的启示,并从用户价值的角度对图书馆的工作人员和技术能力提出了新的要求。
From the case of periodical work of university libraries, this paper compares the differences between traditional logic and value innovation logic, expounds the enlightenment of the value innovation theory to new resource work,new information organization, development, dissemination and service. Moreover, the paper puts forward the new requirements of librarians and the technical abilities form user value.
