摘要
图书馆服务中难免要遇到各种各样的冲突,但并不是每种冲突都有损于图书馆的服务绩效。从冲突理论看,冲突对图书馆服务绩效的影响主要取决于冲突的类型、水平、行为取向以及对冲突的接受度等四个要素。图书馆管理者应了解这些因素,科学运用冲突理论,以不断提升服务绩效。
It's unavoidable to meet various conflicts in library service, but not all kinds of conflicts impair li- brary service performance. In the view of conflict theory, the impact of the conflict on library service perfor- mance mainly depends on four key dements: acceptance degree of the conflict, the type of the conflict, the level of the conflict, the behavioral orientation of the conflict. In a word, the library should use the conflict theory scientifically in order to promote the performance of service largely.
