摘要
文章对工序量考评法的定义进行了界定,系统地分析了工序量考评法在高校图书馆实践工作中的应用,为完善高校图书馆员工绩效考评方法进行了有益的探索。
This article defines the evaluation standard of the amount of Work procedure and analyzes the application of the evaluation standard of the amount of work procedure in practice of academic library in order to improve the university library staff performance appraisal method has been useful to explore.
