摘要
探讨了图书馆危机管理的内涵,指出了现代图书馆进行危机管理的必要性,分析了我国图书馆危机管理的现状,并在危机管理相关理论的基础上,提出了现代图书馆危机管理的框架和建设图书馆危机管理系统的相应对策。
The paper discusses the connation of library crisis management, analyses the actuality of Chinese library Crisis management and indicates the necessity of carrying out crisis management in modem library. Based on the crisis management theory, the author advances the framework of modem library crisis manage- ment and eorrespending measures of eonstrucfing the library crisis management system.
