摘要
目的:对全胃切除术后早期肠内营养(EN)进行临床分析,保证患者足够的营养摄入,促进旱日痊愈。方法:自2005年10月至2007年12月我科21例因胃癌行全胃切除术后患者,经鼻胃空肠营养给予肠内营养。肠内营养液主要选用费森尤斯公司的能全力。结果:20例治愈出院,1例因呼吸道大出血和多器官功能障碍综合征死亡。结论:全胃切除后经鼻胃空肠营养管实施肠内营养主要是让患者快速恢复体力,患者平均体重较术前相比无减轻,降低了患者的经济负担,平均住院费降低20%-30%。全胃切除术后实施肠内营养是使患者早日达到康复的一种有效途径。
Objective:To assure the enough nutrition intake for patients with total gastrectomy. We ana- lyzed the enteralnutrition for them. Method: The Fresensius company products of enternal nutrition fluids were given 21 patients with total gastrectomy through nasal gastric jejunal from Oct. 2005 to Dec. 2007. Resuit: 20 cases were discharged after cured. One died for respiratory tract hemorrhage result in MOS. Conclsion: It has advantage of quick recovery reduce the average weight compare with before operation, lower cost for 20%-30% to provide nutrition through nasal austric jejunal for total gastrectomy patients.
