摘要
目的:研究肠内营养(EN)支持对ICU 患者的细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:对11 例健康人和12 例ICU 患者经EN 支持前后的细胞免疫功能进行检测。结果:ICU 患者的细胞免疫功能明显低于健康人,表现为自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性和T细胞亚群CD4、CD4 /CD8 明显降低(P< 0.01 或P< 0.05)。经一段时期的EN 支持后,细胞免疫功能有明显回升,表现为CD3、CD4 、CD4 /CD8 和NK细胞活性明显升高(P< 0.05 或P< 0.01),白介素 α(IL α)浓度及IL 2 分泌细胞明显升高(P< 0.01 或P< 0.05)。结论:肠内营养支持可以显著改善ICU 患者的细胞免疫功能。
Objective:To investigate the effect of enteral nutritional (EN) support on cellular immunity in ICU patients.Methods: 11 ICU patients received EN support,12 healthy volunteer served as control group.Interleukin2 (IL2) and Tcell subpopulations (CD 3,CD 4,CD 8) were measured before and after EN support.Results:It was found that immunosuppression was present in ICU patients in the form of marked decrease in NK activity and CD 4,as well as CD 4/CD 8 ratio ( P <0 05 or P <0 01).However,cellular immune function was marked improved in patients after treatment with EN.NK activity,IL2 activity,IL2 secreted cells,and CD 3,CD 4,as well as CD 4/CD 8 ratio were significantly elevated ( P <0 05 or P <0 01).Conclusions:EN support might improve cellular immune function in ICU patients.
