摘要 在pH9.5的NH4Cl-NH3·H2O介质和表面活性剂CPC及OP存在下,锰和5-Br-PAN-6S形成1∶2的紫红色配合物.其最大吸收波长在590nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.18×105L·mol-1·cm-1,以半胱氨酸和氟化铵作掩蔽剂,直接测定茶汤中痕量锰.结果满意. The chromogenic reaction of 5 Br PAN 6S with manganese(Ⅱ) in the presence of CPC and OP as surfactant agents has been studied. It is found that the reagent is highly sensitivity for the direct determination of trace manganese(Ⅱ). The complex of manganese(Ⅱ)with 5 Br PAN 6S (1∶2) is formed at room temperature and pH 9.5. It is stable for 5 hours. The apparent molar absorptivity is 2.18×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 and Beers Law is obeyed in the range of 0 ̄10.0μg Mn(Ⅱ) per 25mL. The interference of foreign ions is examined in the presence and absence of the the masking agent such as Lcysteine and ammonium fluoride. This method has been successfully applied to determine the trace manganese in tea. The result obtained is agreed with by AAS.
