摘要
研究了新显色剂2-[3-(5-硝基苯并异噻唑)偶氮]α-萘酚(5-NO2-BPAN)与铋的显色反应的条件.结果表明在0.5%支链十二烷基苯磺酸钠(ABS)存在下pH7.46的NH4Cl-NH3缓冲溶液,5-NO2-BPAN与铋形成稳定的红色配合物.λmax=550nm,试剂λmax为690对比度170nm,配合比为1∶2,其表现摩尔吸光系数为9.2×104L·mol-1cm-1,铋络合比Bi3+∶R=1∶2,Bi3+在0~2ml·L-1范围内遵守比耳定律.
The conditions of colour reaction of a new reagent 2--α-Naphthol with Bi3+ are studied.Results show that the new colour reagent reacts with Bi3+ to form a stable red complex(1∶2) in the presence of NH4Cl-NH3 at pH7.46.When λmax equals 550nm,the apparent molar absorptivity is 9.2×104 L·mol-1cm-1.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~2 mg/L.
