摘要
研究了新三氮烯类试剂2,4,4′-三硝基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(简称TNBDAA)与钯(Ⅱ)的显色反应。结果表明,在Tween-80存在下和pH8.0~9.5的酸度范围内,钯(Ⅱ)与试剂形成1∶1的红色络合物,最大吸收波长为553nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.0×105L.mol-1.cm-1,钯(Ⅱ)的质量浓度在0.08~0.85μg/mL范围内服从比尔定律。所拟方法操作简便,灵敏度高,选择性好,用于直接测定催化剂中微量钯的含量,结果与原子吸收光谱法相符。
The colour reaction of a new reagent 2,4,4Ctrlnitrobenzenediazoaminoazobenzene (TNBDAA) with palladium(Ⅱ)was studied. In the presence of Tween-80, Pd(Ⅱ) reacted with TNBDAA to form a red complex with reeler ratio of 1 : 1 in a medium of pH8. 0 - 9. 5. Its apparent reeler absorptivity was 1.0×10^5 L · mol^-1 · cm^-1 at the maximum absorption of 553nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the concentration range of 0.08-0. 85 μg/mL for Pd(Ⅱ). The method had high sensitivity and good selectivity. In the application of this method to the direct determination of palladium in Pd-C and Pd-Al catalvsts, the RSDs were found to be 0. 95% and 1.2%,respectively.
