摘要
将自制的铜铬催化剂用于合成气制甲醇和甲酸甲酯的反应。采用搅拌釜式反应器在液相中进行。在低温低压条件下(383K,4.0MPa),平均反应速率达到58.2g/(L·h),甲醇和甲酸甲酯的总选择性接近100%。
A slurry phase concurrent synthesis of methanol and methyl formate occured over a mixed catalyst of sodium methanoxide and a home made Cu Cr O compound. The reactions were carried out under pretty mild conditions (383K, 4.0MPa).The space time yield of methanol and methyl formate is 58.2 g/L·h, and the total selectivity of methanol and methyl formate is approximately 100%. The optimum value of Cu/Cr atom ratio is 1. The novel catalyst is characterised by no induction period.
