摘要
开发了一种新型的Cu-PT催化剂体系用于由合成气直接合成甲酸甲酯。考察了各种反应条件(反应温度、反应压力、原料气氢碳比及催化剂浓度等)对催化剂合成甲酸甲酯反应性能的影响。结果表明,该催化剂体系具有低温活性好、产物组成好(甲酸甲酯和甲醇总选择性接近100%)、甲酸甲酯选择性高的特性。
A new type of Cu-PT catalytic system has been developed for onestep synthesis of methyl formate (MF) directly from synthesis gas. The influences of various reaction conditions on MF synthesis have been investigated, which include reaction temperature and pressure, ratio of H_2/CO, catalyst concentration, etc. It is suggested from the results that the Cu-PT system has perfect lower temperature activity, and the composition of MF and methanol is nearly 100% in the product, showing a fairly high selectivity to MF.
