摘要
介绍了近年来国内外甲醇技术的发展历史和工业化生产中的一些技术问题,通过对传统甲醇合成工艺、催化剂和反应器类型优缺点的比较,重点评述了浆态床反应器低温液相两步法合成甲醇的新工艺和尚需解决的关键问题,并对今后的研究方向作了展望。
This paper introduces some developments of methanol synthesis abroad and at home. There are some problems about production and industrialization of methanol industry. It also compares advantage and disadvantage about the traditional technology, catalysis and the type of reactor in the methanol synthesis. It studies the development on the new technology of methanol synthesis under iow temperature in liquid phase by the way of two-step in a slurry reactor. It also point out some crucial existent problems in the process of development and the tendency of methanol synthesis.
