摘要
研究了球墨铸铁在900±10℃下,经不同方向多次压缩变形后石墨的形态变化.结果表明:单向压缩后石墨球变成近似平行分布的石墨片,经多向压缩后石墨片分裂;沿不同方向多次变形,石墨球在不同方向应力作用下被剪为小的石墨颗粒,起到了细化石墨球的作用.
The graphite morphology evolution of spheroidal graphite iron after deformation in different directions at 900±10℃ was studied. The results show that some of graphite spheres become approximately parallel graphite flakes after single-direction deformation. The parallel graphite flakes split after further deformation in different directions. With specimen deformed in 3 perpendicular directions repeatedly, the graphite spheres are split into the fine graphite particles.
